i always buy from online sites and it doesnt really state the BFE and PFE value but the quality not so bad la
Better to check the BFE&PFE value, it is not for what, it is for our own safety! 
Or else buy some known brand than unknown brand or no brand mask

For me i personally like Medicos and Empro Mask 
BFE&PFE >98% safe and comfortable, can get from watson
